Referrals are people who you tell about CashCrate or other similar sites that click on your link to the site and sign up under you. At CashCrate you get a percentage of how much your referrals earn.
An active referral is someone from the U.S. who has done at least one offer. These are the people who you earn a percentage from. As you get more active referrals, you get a bigger percentage of what they earn: (it's not taken away from their earnings!)
Bronze - 0 Active Referrals - 20% First Level, 10% Second Level
Silver - 50 Active Referrals - 25% First Level, 10% Second Level
Gold - 150 Active Referrals - 25% First Level, 15% Second Level
Platinum - 300 Active Referrals - 30% First Level, 15% Second Level
Elite - 500 Active Referrals - 30% First Level, 20% Second Level
Ok, so how do I GET referrals?
There are literally THOUSANDS of ways to get referrals. For example, I did an offer on CashCrate where you could order business cards for free (you just pay shipping and handling which was about $5.45)and put this website on it so that people can find out more information about CashCrate. (By the way, if you came here because you saw the address on a card...THANKS!)
Here are some other ways to get refferals:
Buy referrals or visitors to your website by using this site
Tell your friends about CashCrate and give them your link
Make flyers with your link on them
Go around showing copies of your check to your friends (and maybe even strangers lol)
Promote your link on forums you're a part of or on the internet (BUT DON'T SPAM!)
What do you mean "promote your link"?
In order to GET referrals, you have to get them to sign up for CashCrate using your referral link. In order to get people to look at your link on the internet...you have to promote it! The more places you promote your link, the more people can see it and the more referrals you can get if they click it!
Ok, so where do I promote my link?
You can add your link to search engines like google, or add it to your signature on your e-mails or forums that you post on (but like I said, don't spam and check the rules of the forum first!) or you could use one of these great services (all of which I use myself):
